David Moyes confirms he has no aspiration to take over Hearts or Hibs

Both clubs are now searching for new managers following the sackings of Craig Levein and Paul Heckingbottom, for Hearts and Hibs respectively.

However, former Manchester United and Everton gaffer, David Moyes won’t be interested in taking the top job at either Tynecastle or Easter Road.

Moyes said: “First thing is that you never want to hear of managers losing their job.

“Unless you’ve been in the position, you don’t know how it feels, and it’s not a good feeling.

“Paul will not be feeling good and Craig will be the same because they’ll be disappointed they didn’t do a better job first of all, and maybe given more time.

“Ultimately it is football management and it happens, but neither job would be of any interest to me.

“I wouldn’t say I wouldn’t move back to Scotland. Scotland’s my love and Glasgow’s where I’m from and hopefully, someday I may well come back.

“But at the moment, it’s not just now.”
