Celtic have submitted an offer for Bourenmouth winger, Jordon Ibe.
The winger joined Bournemouth for £15m, a club record, in 2016 but has since found it difficult to hold a first team place.
Jordon Ibe has struggled to get a place in the Cherries’ starting XI since moving from Liverpool in 2016, Ibe has yet to feature for the Bournemouth this season and only made nine starts last season.
Last season Ibe played 19 games contributing only one goal and one assist.
Celtic have had discussions with Bournemouth over signing Ibe and have put forward a season loan, according to Football Insider.
The Celts are not willing to pay the Cherries’ asking price, but are willing to pay a significant loan fee as well as paying his some of his wage.
