Mikey Johnston has admitted that the team have to win back certain sections of the Celtic support as they look to restore their pride in Europe.

Celtic will now face AIK Stockholm on Thursday in the Europa League, after the defeat against Cluj.

Mikey said: “Everybody has to find it within themselves.

“We are playing in a massive game for a massive club. We all have to be up for it and everyone will be.

“We are a winning club and not getting into the Champions League is huge disappointment for the fans, but we need to make the results happen and get everyone positive.

“It would be good to get a good result to take over to Sweden and we will work hard to do that.

“Europe is massive to the fans and we want to try and get a run there. Get the results racking up and get the fans back on side again. We still have a lot to play for.”
