Rodgers' wants Wales International.

Celtic gaffer, Brendan Rodgers, has already managed Joe Allen twice in his managerial career at both Swansea and Liverpool.
And when he was given the job at Anfield, he told reporters, how he would love to sign Allen, so it’s hardly a shock he’d want to sign him again.
He said: “I said, ‘Listen, if there is a market for Joe and there was obvious interest in him, I would love to be in that market if he is going to go.
“Then I got a call four or five days later asking me what I was thinking – that told me he was ready for a sale.”
Allen has been at Stoke since his failed move to the Kop. Rodgers, on the other hand, has been at Celtic for the past two seasons.
Stoke want big money for Allen, despite that Celtic are still confident of completing a deal.
Other midfielders from Stoke are out of contract this summer, Darren Fletcher, Charlie Adams along with winger Ibrahim Affelay.
